About the Role
As a PRN Registered Nurse with Highland Care Center, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing direct patient care to our residents and patients, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care
  • Monitoring and reporting patient progress, providing updates to families and healthcare providers as needed
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
