Job description

Registered Nurse (RN) – Contract / PRN

    Location: Gloucester, MA, 1930
    Start Date: ASAP
    Payrate: $40 - $45/hr
    Contract Length: 4–8 weeks (potential for extension)
    Shifts Available:

    • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
    • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
    • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
      Schedule: 5 days/week with possible weekend rotation

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Conduct resident assessments and develop or update care plans
      • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
      • Monitor resident conditions and report significant changes
      • Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare staff
      • Document accurately in EMR systems
      • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
      • Provide compassionate care in a long-term care setting

        Requirements:

        • Valid Massachusetts RN license
        • Current CPR/BLS Certification
        • Minimum of 1 year of recent SNF experience
