Join our team at Delta Homecare - Georgia as a Contract Nurse and make a difference in the lives of our patients in Summerville, GA!

About the Role:

As a Contract Nurse with Delta Homecare - Georgia, you will provide exceptional in-home care to patients in their homes, community, and resident settings. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Skilled visits: Providing nursing care to patients, assisting with diagnostic procedures, and facilitating lab tests as permitted

  • Supervisory visits: Monitoring patient care, conducting nurse supervisory visits, and liaising with caregivers and office staff

  • Insurance assessments: Assisting with insurance assessments and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing

  • At least two years of general nursing experience, with current home care, medical, surgical, or critical experience

  • Compliance with accepted professional standards and principles

  • Good physical stamina and mental health

  • Negative TB skin test, current First Aid & CPR certification.

  • Licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or Company requirements and is in good working order

  • Excellent references from previous/current employers and/or professional peers

  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines
