Personal Assistant / Office & Nursery Coordinator

Green Life Turf Management – Fort Lauderdale, FL

Green Life Turf Management is a growing, woman-owned landscaping and grounds maintenance company based in the Fort Lauderdale area. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and knowledgeable Personal Assistant to help support daily operations of our landscaping business.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in landscaping, nurseries, plants, flowers, trees, and office administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist owner with daily business operations

  • Identify plants, flowers, shrubs, palms, and trees

  • Help source materials from nurseries and vendors

  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and project logistics

  • Handle invoices, estimates, and data entry

  • Assist with QuickBooks and accounting tasks

  • Answer calls, emails, and customer inquiries

  • Organize paperwork, receipts, and job files

  • Help maintain vendor and client communication

  • Support office and field operations as needed

Qualifications:

  • Nursery, landscaping, horticulture, or plant knowledge REQUIRED

  • Ability to identify common South Florida plants and trees
