A distinguished UHNW family is seeking an exceptional Full-Time Butler / Jack-of-All-Trades to become an integral member of their private household team. This is a dynamic, hands-on position for an intelligent, resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing many hats. No two days will be the same, so the ideal candidate must be a quick thinker, highly adaptable, and able to anticipate the family's needs before they arise.

The position is based primarily in West Palm Beach, Florida, though the successful candidate must be willing to travel extensively to the family's additional residences. Relocation assistance is available for outstanding candidates anywhere in the United States.

About the Role

This position blends the traditional responsibilities of a professional butler with the versatility of a trusted household assistant. The ideal candidate is polished and service-oriented while remaining practical, proactive, and willing to assist wherever needed. Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide traditional butler service with impeccable attention to detail
  • Anticipate the needs and preferences of the Principals and guests
  • Serve meals and beverages with proper etiquette
  • Welcome and attend to guests, ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience
  • Maintain formal dining areas, china, silver, crystal, and fine household items
  • Coordinate with household staff to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Assist with household organization and day-to-day logistics

  • Prepare residences before arrivals and ensure homes are fully guest-ready
