Job description

Are you a nurse who is passionate about innovation, patient safety, and clinical leadership? Join our Centralized Hospital Operations team and play a key role in advancing virtual care across multiple HealthPartners hospitals. In this unique position, you will provide clinical oversight for Remote Cardiac Monitoring and Remote Video Safety Assistance programs, helping support early intervention, care coordination, and safe patient outcomes in a virtual environment. This role is ideal for a collaborative nurse who enjoys critical thinking, leading teams, and using clinical expertise to make a systemwide impact beyond the bedside.

Work Schedule: .75 FTE. 12hr shifts, with every third weekend.

Required Qualifications

  • Completion of a baccalaureate program in nursing or Associate degree RN enrolled in a Bachelor of Nursing program. 
  • Relevant acute care nursing experience within the past year
  • Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota. 
  • Demonstrates at the time of employment and every two years thereafter, competency Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers.
  • Completion of an Electrocardiogram (ECG/EKG) education class. (Can be completed within 6 months of hire and every year thereafter).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • Supervisory or preceptor experience is strongly preferred.
  • Two years of Charge/Lead RN experience.
