NICU RNs Needed At Per Diem – Swedish Medical Center Float PoolNICU RNs are needed at Per Diem – Swedish Medical Center Float Pool. Requirements include:2 years minimum of NICU experienceAHA BLS and NRPActive WA RN licenseExperience with patient ratios of 1:2Must float to Peds and PICU, will only be assigned newborns and infantsReferences that cover 1 year of employment in their specialty within the last 3 years. 1 reference must be a supervisor, charge RNs accepted.

Must float to all 7 campuses: Ballard, Cherry Hill, Edmonds, First Hill, Issaquah, Mill Creek, and Redmond; but most needs are at First Hill, Edmonds, and IssaquahPreferred: EPIC Charting ExperienceEP Information: Scheduling: Clinician must schedule 5 days (Wednesday-Sunday OR Thursday-Monday schedule is required) and work 3Guarantee: 2 Shifts13 Week Contracts AvailableExtensions available if scheduling requirements are consistently metFurther details/contract language will be sent upon submissionOrientation Details: Online Virtual Orientation is held every other week on Mondays (clinician must be partially compliant 2 weeks before virtual orientation, because that is when we send the list to the client.

Because of this, we need clinicians subbed far in advance)Virtual Orientation (Modules) take about 21 hours to complete. - these will be sent on day 1Upon completion of Virtual Orientation, 2 Unit Orientation shifts will be scheduled based on RN's availabilityShift Detail: Nights, 12 hours • 1900-0730Additional Details: Returning employees coming to any Providence/Swedish facility are allowed to apply after a 6-month separation from any of the Providence/Swedish facilities. Please provide past employment dates on the submittal.

Travelers may NOT work at a Providence facility (perm or PRN) and also accept a travel job at another Providence facility at the same time. COVID Vaccine Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. Declinations must be approved by the facility, and the CNA must fill out a facility-specific declination form prior to starting.
