We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Manager for our iSchool Virtual Academy brand, with a passion for the education sector, to lead brand development and positioning efforts. Working in brand management at ResponsiveEd means being more than just a marketer; it means being a total business owner. We need someone who is dedicated and who can guide the vision and strategy behind a brand by developing marketing plans and driving innovation. Our iSchool Virtual Academy Brand Manager will work regularly across functions to identify parent, student, and school insights and implement marketing tactics that will continue to push the brand forward.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree Required: Major in Business, Marketing Preferred
  • 4-7 years of experience in consumer or brand marketing
  • Demonstrated strong facilitation skills and ability to identify common ground amongst individuals with divergent opinions and perspectives
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and integrated marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot)
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing
  • Experience working with educational institutions or EdTech companies.
  • Knowledge of trends and challenges in the education industry.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive iSchool Virtual Academy brand strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Ensure iSchool Virtual Academy brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, enrollment, creative, finance, operations, agencies) to support enrollment windows, regular communication, and the execution of the iSchool Virtual Academy brand plans.
  • Analyze and interpret market trends, syndicated data, and consumer research to track iSchool Virtual Academy brand performance and inform better marketing decisions.
  • Submit PO Requests to the Finance Department.
  • Ensure that the advertising agencies are on-brand, and ensure attrition is tracked
  • Track and manage the iSchool Virtual Academy brand marketing budgets to ensure the company meets its annual business plan goals.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills. Must be able to analyze business data, determine solutions, make recommendations, and carry out actions in an effective manner
  • Build annual iSchool Virtual Academy brand marketing calendars for national and local campaigns; support the development and drive the execution of campaigns.
  • Plan and execute integrated iSchool Virtual Academy brand marketing campaigns, including digital, social, print, and broadcast media.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams and external partners on iSchool Virtual Academy brand-related matters.
  • Conduct regular audits of iSchool Virtual Academy brand touchpoints to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Track and analyze iSchool Virtual Academy brand performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Prepare regular reports on the iSchool Virtual Academy brand health and campaign effectiveness.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
