Job Description Life Science Account Executive - 3 Positions Available!. (Boston, Raleigh or DC, if Boston is onsite 1 day per week) We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Life Science Account Executive to help expand our presence across biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, and regulated life sciences organizations. This is a high-impact role for a sales professional who understands the complexity of regulated environments and thrives in a performance-based, growth-oriented setting.

About the Role As a Life Science Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business development while managing and expanding client relationships within the life sciences sector. You will collaborate closely with internal recruiting and delivery teams to provide tailored staffing solutions across clinical, regulatory, validation, quality, laboratory, and technical disciplines. This position offers progression across three levels based on experience and revenue ownership.

Core Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the Life Sciences sector Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting Own the full sales cycle (prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, close) Partner with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction Conduct detailed requisition intake meetings and manage client feedback loops Oversee onboarding coordination including documentation, background checks, and compliance requirements Participate in client meetings, reporting, and account reviews Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM documentation Stay informed on life sciences market trends and competitive dynamics Qualifications 2+ years of staffing industry sales or business development experience (level dependent) Experience selling into Life Sciences, Biotech, Pharma, CRO, or Medical Device organizations preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with CRM/ATS platforms and Microsoft Office tools Understanding of regulated environments (GMP/GLP/FDA) is a plus Highly motivated, competitive, and growth-oriented What Success Looks Like Consistent generation of new business opportunities Strong collaboration with recruiting and delivery teams Accurate forecasting and pipeline management Long-term client partnerships built on trust and performance
