A Different Kind of Opportunity

Most life insurance agents are stuck chasing cold leads, fighting for support, or waiting for someone else’s book of business to open up. At Capital Direct Insurance Services, we’re changing that.

We invest in you with tools, training, and support so you can focus on what you do best: closing deals, serving clients, and building your future.

  • Career growth path with a voice in shaping your direction
  • A supportive, results-driven culture that values diversity and welcomes bilingual talent

Requirements

  • Active Life Insurance License (Arizona or reciprocal state)
  • Sales-minded, coachable, and motivated to grow
