Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to address a wide spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
  • Perform thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological and emotional needs and subsequently develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique situation.
  • Deliver crisis intervention services, psychoeducation, and supportive counseling to assist clients and their families in understanding and navigating mental health challenges.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including, but not limited to, psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for clients.
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive client records in adherence to ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Stay current with the latest research, methodologies, and trends in mental health counseling to enhance professional practice and improve client outcomes.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through regular supervision, training sessions, and workshops to continually enhance counseling skills and knowledge.
