Availability Requirements

This position is designed for Team Members who are available during our busiest daytime hours.

To be considered for this position, applicants must:

  • Be available to work between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM
  • Be available during lunch hours (10:30 AM–2:00 PM)
  • Be available to work at least four daytime shifts per week
  • Be available to work most Fridays and Saturdays
  • Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Be willing to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
What You’ll DoFood Preparation & Quality
  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and package Chick-fil-A menu items according to company standards
  • Follow recipes, procedures, and food safety guidelines
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Kitchen Operations
  • Learn and work all kitchen stations, including:
  • Breading
  • Fries
  • Primary and Secondary Boards
  • Food Preparation
  • Machines and Support Positions
  • Restock inventory and supplies as needed
  • Complete opening, transition, and closing responsibilities
Safety & Cleanliness
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
  • Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
  • Report equipment or maintenance concerns to Leadership
