As a Kitchen Team Member, you will work in a fast-paced environment preparing high-quality food while helping deliver an exceptional experience for every guest. You'll receive hands-on training, work alongside a supportive team, and have opportunities for personal and professional growth.

This position is designed for Team Members who are available during our busiest daytime hours.

To be considered for this position, applicants must:

• Be available to work between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Be available during lunch hours (10:30 AM-2:00 PM)
• Be available to work at least four daytime shifts per week
• Be available to work most Fridays and Saturdays
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
• Be willing to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and package Chick-fil-A menu items according to company standards
• Follow recipes, procedures, and food safety guidelines
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards

• Learn and work all kitchen stations, including:
• Breading
• Fries
• Primary and Secondary Boards
• Food Preparation
• Machines and Support Positions
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed
• Complete opening, transition, and closing responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
• Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
• Report equipment or maintenance concerns to Leadership

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively with Team Members and Leaders
• Complete required training and stay current on procedures and product updates
• Uphold Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and appearance guidelines
