This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home in Mesa, Arizona, while serving clients through a telehealth platform. Our telehealth model is designed to provide flexible scheduling options, enabling you to accommodate clients’ needs effectively while maintaining a balanced work-life schedule. With a salary range of $80,000 to $105,000, compensation is competitive, reflecting the value we place on your skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to ascertain each client's needs and tailor intervention plans effectively.
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors, family members, and other care providers about clients’ progress and treatment plans.
  • Provide a clear scheduling overview of appointments, follow-ups, and telehealth sessions to ensure organized management of client caseload.
  • Coordinate virtual home visits or sessions as necessary, ensuring that all assessments, observations, and feedback cycles are comprehensively executed.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans to ensure that therapeutic goals are met and documented systematically.
  • Engage in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to collaborate with peers on best practices and client care approaches.
  • Complete monthly and quarterly progress notes to monitor and report on clients' development.
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions for other staff members to ensure they are proficient in executing program plans and documentation standards.
  • Follow up with clients through interviews and virtual sessions, providing ongoing support to meet their evolving needs.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, guaranteeing accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison with the mental health community and the public to support development initiatives and enhance visibility.
  • Contribute to the improvement of training materials aimed at refining program delivery for client support.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass serving a diverse client base, ranging from children and adolescents to adults, where you will address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications
