• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs to create tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique challenges and goals.
• Maintain open lines of communication with supervisors, healthcare staff, family members, and relevant stakeholders to provide updates on client progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly.
• Develop and share a well-planned schedule for client sessions, virtual home visits, and necessary follow-ups to monitor treatment effectiveness consistently.
• Facilitate in-home assessments through video calls and virtual check-ins, ensuring a thorough understanding of each client's living situation as part of their treatment strategy.
• Monitor the implementation of individualized treatment plans, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational protocols.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and collaborate with fellow professionals on complex cases.
• Document clinical notes and progress reports on a monthly and quarterly basis, maintaining comprehensive records that support ongoing treatment and compliance.
• Organize training sessions for your peers to enhance team competence in implementing therapeutic techniques and accurate documentation.
• Conduct routine follow-ups to ensure continuity of care, which may include virtual home visits and additional observational assessments.
• Serve as a liaison within the mental health community, contributing to program development and community outreach initiatives.
• Assist in crafting and refining training materials to elevate the quality of programs and services offered.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma recovery, and substance use will be essential in tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of your clients.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Exceptional understanding of legal and ethical standards pertinent to mental health care.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with a varied clientele.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms to manage client information and care effectively.

• Specialization in one or more areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Experience working with diverse populations, adapting therapeutic modalities to fit varied cultural and individual needs.
