Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ongoing assessments to tailor treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient, using both clinical expertise and compassionate communication.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with supervisors, direct care staff, and families to monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies as necessary.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling, home visits, and follow-up assessments, ensuring that the highest standards of care are met.
  • Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, contributing insights and collaborating with fellow health professionals to optimize treatment outcomes.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on the implementation of program plans, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of documentation protocols.
  • Document accurate monthly and quarterly progress notes that reflect patients' growth and areas of focus within their treatment plans.
  • Act as a liaison with the mental health community and public organizations to foster collaborative opportunities and developmental initiatives.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will allow you to work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and youth, across various backgrounds and mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to focus on areas such as family dynamics, couple’s therapy, substance misuse, and trauma recovery, tailored to the needs of the individuals you serve.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor in Arizona.
  • A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential, showcasing your ability to handle complex cases effectively.
  • Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards within the mental health field.
  • Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven ability to work cooperatively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and other digital tools pertinent to telehealth practices.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse recovery, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.
  • Experience with case management and outcome tracking will be advantageous.
  • A strong clinical background in evidence-based modalities is a plus, supporting effective intervention strategies.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
