Job Overview

The Partner Community & Engagement Lead is responsible for the programs, communications, and experiences that keep Relativity's commercial partners engaged, recognized, and connected to Relativity.
This role is accountable for some of the most visible touchpoints in the partner experience, including channel webinars, partner briefings, and regional Relativity Fest experiences. Leveraging partner feedback and program insights, this role continuously refines engagement strategies and identifies new opportunities to deepen partner participation and deliver value across the ecosystem, creating a differentiated partner experience that reinforces the business value of partnering with Relativity.

Job Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Managethe global partner communications plan, including scheduling, authoring, publishing via the partner portal, and collaborating with Marketing when needed.

  • Drive awareness and adoption of partner program benefits, including tools and campaigns that help partners grow their business.

  • Lead community programming and engagement initiatives, including the planning and execution of channel webinars, partner briefings, and regional Relativity Fest experiences.

  • Design and manage partner advocacy and recognition initiatives, including awards programs led by the Partnerships team.

  • Serve as the steward of the partner competency program, managing the process thatvalidatesand recognizes partners for their customer excellence, solution, and industryexpertise.

  • Gather and synthesize partner feedback to inform program improvements and experience enhancements.

  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of partner program benefits and incentives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+years of experience with global channel programs, community engagement,partner marketing

  • Experience managing multi-channel partner engagement programs, including in-person events, virtual events, and channel webinars, witha track recordof driving measurable participation and business impact

  • Experience leading advocacy and recognition initiatives.

  • Data-informed mindset with experience translating qualitative and quantitative insights (e.g., partner feedback, engagement metrics, program performance) into improvements in partner programs, benefits, and incentives.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft clear, engagingmessaging fordiverse partner audiences and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

  • Comfortable collaborating with and presenting to executive stakeholders across functions.

  • Strong senseof ownership and accountability with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, including channel, alliance, and services partners, and how engagement drives commercial success.

  • Experience in the legal or e-discovery industry is a plus; familiarity with Relativity's platform and partner ecosystem is highly valued.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$94,000 and $140,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
