SUMMARY
BeCore is looking for an Event Vehicle Operator (EVO) to execute innovative, impactful, and locally relevant event vehicle experiences for a global beverage company. The perfect candidate will work at both strategic and operational levels, supporting annual business plans and regional brand objectives for our client's company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Strategy
  • Contribute expertise and knowledge of region-specific sports, music, art, and gaming cultures to develop a strategic plan for vehicle usage
  • Collaborate with our client's internal teams to establish and maintain an integrated network across multiple departments
  • Administrate usage of the event vehicle while ensuring optimal utilization in target markets and audiences
  • Communicate daily with regional and national stakeholders to ensure alignment on event vehicle strategy and best practices

Activation Management
  • Coordinate event vehicle activation schedule based regional strategic priorities and consumer focus
  • Manage and execute end-to-end logistics for operation of the event vehicle; including, but not limited to driving, vehicle staging, set-up/tear-down, product procurement, entertainment, and operation of on-board equipment
  • Serve as public-facing brand ambassador and respond to consumer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Brief event organizers on vehicle capabilities and provide insightful ideas for event support
  • Secure permits as required

Vehicle Maintenance
  • Manage all aspects of vehicle upkeep to ensure reliability and operational safety, to include regular maintenance and annual servicing
  • Maintain cleanliness (interior & exterior) to preserve brand appearance at all times
  • Perform regular on-board entertainment system checks to ensure longevity of the client-owned assets

Administrative Responsibilities
  • Organize and present regional program plans for review and discussion
  • Develop event recaps for regional and national stakeholders
  • Possess consumer experience, event vehicle program, and brand acumen
  • Maintain a network of mechanics, equipment specialists, artists, DJs, etc.
  • Manage monthly and annual activation budgets, to include timely expense reporting

Requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
  • You have an Associates or Bachelors Degree in events, hospitality, marketing, advertising, or related field, or equivalent industry experience
  • You have a focused interest in sports, gaming, and culture marketing
  • You're confident, enthusiastic, resourceful, tech-savvy, forward-thinking, self-motivated, and a creative problem solver
  • You possess a high level of organization and have the ability to deliver excellent (and effective) verbal and written communications
  • You are equal parts proactive and reactive, and able to adapt easily to fluid situations
  • Your personal brand operates with an elevated level of integrity and professionalism
  • You're collaborative and have the skills and interest needed to build and develop relationships within a marketing organization
  • You're proficient in Microsoft Office tools (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and have familiarity with business communication platforms, such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
  • You may have pre-existing interest in, or knowledge of, brand heritage sports (moto, skate, surf, wake, etc.) and always looking for new opportunities
  • You might have pre-existing interest in, or knowledge of, local music and arts culture, or have experience as an emcee or DJ

Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
