Senior Manager, Field and Integrated Marketing Programs

Location: Remote/Hybrid based on proximity to a Connor Group Office

The Role

The Senior Manager, Field and Integrated Marketing Programs will be responsible for producing our major flagship events in the IPO and Private Equity space. Building from these events, you will create top-of-funnel digital campaigns that nurture and inform our clients, prospects, and ecosystem partners throughout their lifecycle.

In addition, you will oversee a team of Field Event Coordinators who serve as the coordination and execution arm of our non-flagship event engine. You and your team will also work shoulder to shoulder with Business Development team and Partners, as well as brand, content, and operations marketers.

What You'll Own

Annual Planning: Own annual planning for the assigned Integrated Programs and regional field events.

Team Development: Manage, train and develop assigned Event Coordinators.

Performance & ROI: Help define how we measure campaign and event ROI in Salesforce, including net new leads and relationships generated.

Event Strategy & Execution: Bring to life events that attract attendees meeting our ICP, deliver insights and create connections. Own process from plan to execution through post-event strategy.

Sponsor Management: Develop relationships and lead co-marketing and event planning with our ecosystem partner sponsors of our flagship events.

Campaigns & Thought Leadership: Own campaigns and thought leadership strategy for Integrated Programs, repackaging and amplifying existing assets and partnering with SMEs to generate new insights.

Budget Management: Plan and track high-efficiency spend, and collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure accuracy.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of B2B event marketing experience, including planning and management of signature, content-driven events
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to create and execute an event plan from ideation to completion
  • Experience working with a CRM system or Marketing Automation Platform
  • Sharp attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a professional services firm
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
