Role Overview
An opportunity is available for a Senior Content Editor for a 12-month temporary engagement. This role supports the transformation of an HR content portfolio into a new content management platform, which is designed to enable AI-augmented employee experiences. The position involves preparing employee-facing and HR team content for migration to a new system, handling a volume of approximately 65,000 content pieces. This role is integral to shaping the future of content operations within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure content is reviewed and updated by content owners in preparation for migration to a new platform.
  • Participate in content testing and validation to confirm successful migration with correct metadata and structure.
  • Contribute to the strategy for transforming single-use, long-form content into reusable content fragments post-migration.
  • Assist in the development of team style guidelines and content standards, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Identify potential improvements to content management workflows and systems.
  • Manage the publication of content for complex features by coordinating with cross-organizational stakeholders.
  • Adhere to and promote the use of the content taxonomy to enable discovery and reusability.
  • Identify opportunities for content reuse to reduce manual effort.
  • Respond to customer requests to create and update content in the content management system.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
  • 4+ years of professional content management experience in a system like Adobe Experience Manager or Contentful.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Content operations experience managing content for AI applications.

Skills:
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience working with reusable or "headless content".
  • Experience with information architecture and content models.
  • High attention to detail and adherence to style guidelines.
  • Demonstrated success in learning and explaining business processes.
  • Experience working in a global and cross-functional team environment.

Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00/hour to $36.00/hour.
