Primary Responsibilities: 1. Providing IT Support over the phone, through e-mail, chat, in person, or via remote control. 2. Experience with Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Office 365, ServiceNow, BitLocker and McAfee encryption. 3. Responsible for diagnosing and resolving software and hardware incidents, tasks, and requests escalated through service management software; ServiceNow 4. Providing support to traditional workstations, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals, 5. Responsible to ensure completion of all assigned work and proper communications with clients meeting service level agreements, customer satisfaction, and service demands 6. Working in a fast paced, team environment. 7. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction 8. Identify technical and process issues and recommend improvements. 9. Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures. 10. Complete tasks as assigned by dispatchers and as directed by management. 11. Update service tickets as appropriate and in a timely manner. 12. Resolve technical issues and act as a technical contact for issues that require escalation. 13. Local travel across AbbVie campuses; mileage will be reimbursed
