Job Summary
A remote telehealth practice is seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to provide full-time therapy services to clients throughout Maryland. This role centers on helping clients work through mental health concerns through regular virtual counseling sessions, structured treatment planning, and clear clinical guidance.
As the LCPC, you will manage therapy sessions, complete assessments, maintain clinical records, and provide care that aligns with professional and ethical standards. This is a practical, steady role for a counselor who wants strong compensation, full benefits, and a weekday schedule.
Location: Maryland
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients remotely for scheduled counseling sessions
  • Complete intake evaluations and ongoing clinical assessments
  • Help clients address concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues
  • Create and update individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain timely progress notes and required clinical documentation
