Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing client outcomes, including but not limited to:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid, current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• Ability to practice independently without supervision and maintain a clear professional record free of disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills that foster empathy and effective communication.
• Adept in using technology, with a commitment to providing high-quality virtual counseling services.

While specific experience may vary, candidates with a background in solution-focused therapy or cognitive-behavioral therapy are especially encouraged to apply. Previous experience in telehealth services is a plus, as it can enhance your effectiveness in adapting to the virtual format.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on your caseload and experience.
