This position operates within a telehealth framework, allowing for the convenience of remote consultations. • Conduct comprehensive patient intakes that include diagnostic evaluations and functional assessments, followed by collaborative treatment planning with primary care providers.

• Make informed recommendations regarding referrals to specialized mental health facilities based on individual patient assessments.

• Identify high-risk patients and collaborate with healthcare teams to create proactive intervention strategies to improve outcomes.

• Act as an educational resource for patients, equipping them with self-management skills that foster autonomy in their treatment processes.
• Provide valuable insights and consultation to clinic management, contributing to program evaluation and outcomes improvement efforts.
• Foster strong working relationships with patients, family members, and multidisciplinary team members to collaboratively address complex behavioral health issues.

• Proficiency in English is necessary; bi-lingual candidates with Spanish proficiency are highly desirable.

The starting salary for this position ranges from USD 87,000 to USD 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
