Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health status and needs.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that cater to each client’s distinct therapeutic goals and preferences.
• Providing effective individual therapy to adult clients using evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic approaches.
• Delivering virtual therapy sessions through teletherapy platforms, ensuring confidentiality and a safe environment for clients.
• Offering crisis intervention services when required, equipped with the skills to handle urgent situations with compassion and efficiency.
• Engaging in regular professional development activities to stay updated with mental health best practices and industry standards.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities that allow you to effectively manage your caseload while ensuring high-quality care.

While this role is open to both newly licensed and experienced candidates, we prefer individuals with:

• Previous experience in a teletherapy setting, demonstrating proficiency in virtual counseling techniques.
• A strong background in evidence-based treatment modalities and previous work with diverse client populations.
• Proficient use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.
