This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing counselors to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes or chosen environments. You will work primarily with virtual tools and platforms that facilitate therapy sessions, ensuring both you and your clients have a professional and comfortable interaction space. The remote nature of the role enables greater work-life balance while making mental health care more accessible to a diverse client population.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess client mental health issues, utilizing established assessment tools and methodologies.
• Design and implement tailored therapy plans that focus on client-specific goals and adapt to their unique needs.
• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other health professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring all aspects of client well-being are addressed.
• Educate clients on coping mechanisms, providing resources they can utilize outside of sessions for continued progress.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions through our electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Your role will encompass various patient demographics, addressing diverse mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. By utilizing culturally sensitive and inclusive therapeutic methodologies, you will help clients from a wide range of backgrounds feel heard and respected. Your practice will be influenced by your understanding of cultural dynamics and how they impact mental health, ensuring each client receives appropriate and relevant support.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health-related field.
• Current licensure as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the state of California.
• Demonstrated clinical experience with a minimum of two years in a mental health counseling role.
• Solid understanding of evidence-based and culturally inclusive therapy practices.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) software and telehealth platforms.
• Prior experience in a remote or telehealth counseling role preferred.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral systems within California.

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
