• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine the specific mental health needs of clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings to optimize client progress and well-being.
• Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
• Maintain meticulously detailed client records, including documentation of session progress and note-taking, in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive client care.
• Uphold ethical standards of practice by adhering to guidelines set forth by professional counseling organizations and state regulatory bodies.
• Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to stay current with trends, treatments, and best practices within the mental health field.

Your counseling expertise will cater to a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health concerns. Understanding and addressing unique challenges faced by different populations, such as those experiencing trauma, substance abuse issues, or challenging life transitions, will be key to achieving effective treatment outcomes.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in providing mental health counseling.
• Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information compassionately and clearly.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage client caseloads effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Experience working with specific populations, such as children, families, or those struggling with trauma and substance abuse, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate efficient documentation and billing processes.
• Previous involvement in telehealth or virtual counseling services is a plus, enhancing adaptability to our technology-driven work environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a sign-on bonus.
