The Licensed Professional Counselor will work remotely within a fully supportive telehealth framework. • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' unique needs and circumstances.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals, using evidence-based methodologies.
• Facilitate counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and families, addressing a variety of mental health concerns.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, participating in case consultations to enhance client care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest research and techniques in mental health counseling.
• Take part in regular team meetings and training sessions to share insights, strategies, and support with colleagues.

Our practice serves a diverse client base, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your experience and empathy will be pivotal in guiding clients through their personal journeys toward wellness. The virtual format allows you to connect with clients in a comfortable environment, producing better engagement and therapeutic outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years’ experience providing counseling services in an outpatient or clinical setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine ability to connect with clients.
• Strong organizational skills, with a meticulous approach to maintaining client records and documentation.
• A commitment to ethical practices and continuous learning to enhance your counseling skills.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling techniques.
• Experience in handling complex cases and providing crisis intervention.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
