Strength Path Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. • Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments as part of individual intake sessions to evaluate client needs and establish treatment benchmarks.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific client goals and challenges.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care methodologies.
• Communicate regularly with clients, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care, share progress updates, and discuss treatment modifications as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical assessments and progress notes in accordance with departmental and state regulations.
• Support clients through crises by executing effective crisis intervention strategies, ensuring safety, stabilization, and access to additional resources.
• Assist clients with discharge planning, collaborating with community services and providers to create continuity of care.

In this role, you will primarily work with clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and familial challenges. Our patient population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and demographics—therefore, sensitivity and competency in cultural awareness are essential. Your expertise will help empower clients to navigate their unique challenges, equipping them with tools for improved mental health and overall well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent credential in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of three years of full-time experience in providing mental health services.
• Strong capacity for self-direction, autonomy, and the ability to manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience in telehealth service delivery, familiarity with interdisciplinary approaches to mental health care, and proficiency in specialized therapeutic methods (such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, etc.) are highly desirable. Additionally, experience working within a team-based model can enhance client outcomes and program efficiency.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary within the range of $90,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
