• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized therapy strategies that align with their unique needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices with individuals, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care that addresses the full spectrum of client mental health concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and professional integrity in all client interactions.
• Participate in professional development workshops and training sessions to remain knowledgeable about the latest mental health research and best practices.

Counselors are expected to build rapport with a diverse clientele, utilizing culturally competent approaches to ensure effective treatment. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania is mandatory.
• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment, is necessary for this role.
• Demonstrated understanding of legal, ethical standards, and best practices in mental health care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients from various backgrounds.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is highly desirable.
• Experience utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software and related technologies for efficient documentation and client management.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and support.

• The base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
