Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized therapeutic strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs, including conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse groups, offering counseling support to individuals, couples, and families dealing with various mental health issues.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodynamic therapy, ensuring that client care is both comprehensive and adaptive.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, complying with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
