Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized assessments and create personalized treatment plans to address the diverse needs of clients.
• Deliver effective therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions based on evidence-based practices.
• Utilize a variety of clinical modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Participate in case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic care for all clients.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate clinical records following ethical standards and legal compliance.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay current with industry advancements and best practices.

Qualifications

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
