Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Individual Counseling Services: Conduct virtual counseling sessions primarily for women aged 35-55, addressing a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship issues, and stress management.
  • Develop Comprehensive Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their specific needs and therapeutic goals, employing evidence-based approaches and continuous assessment strategies.
  • Conduct Ongoing Assessments: Carry out initial and continuous intake assessments to evaluate client needs and ensure that treatment strategies are being effectively implemented.
  • Monitor Progress and Adjust Plans: Regularly track client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and approaches to facilitate optimal outcomes and support during the therapeutic journey.
  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Team: Engage with fellow mental health professionals and other specialists to provide comprehensive care, including making appropriate referrals when necessary.

Qualifications
