The position is fully remote, allowing for a comfortable work-life balance. As part of our telehealth facility, you will utilize cutting-edge technology to conduct sessions with clients via secure video conferencing platforms. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Green Oak Wellness, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health, using evidence-based tools and methodologies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, needs, and preferences.
• Provide therapeutic interventions through virtual platforms, ensuring a safe and supportive space for clients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Participate in regular team meetings and clinical supervision to share insights and collaborate on multi-disciplinary approaches to care.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and educational opportunities provided by Green Oak Wellness.

Your client base will include a diverse range of individuals seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By utilizing a client-centered approach, you will work collaboratively with clients to empower them on their journey toward improved mental health outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and adherence to confidentiality regulations.

While we welcome all qualified candidates, those who have 2 or more years of experience in mental health counseling and are already credentialed with insurance providers will find their transition into this role seamless. However, Green Oak Wellness provides assistance with the credentialing process for those who are not yet enrolled.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
