The ideal candidate will possess a well-equipped home office with reliable internet and video capabilities to facilitate seamless virtual counseling sessions.

As a Telehealth LPCC at Renewed Counseling Hub, you will:

• Deliver virtual counseling services to a diverse clientele, fostering therapeutic relationships through respectful and empathetic engagement.
• Provide individual counseling sessions for adult clients, focusing on a range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship dynamics, and midlife transitions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and each client’s specific therapeutic goals, ensuring tailored support for their unique challenges.
• Utilize secure telehealth platforms to conduct virtual therapy sessions, safeguarding client confidentiality and comfort.
• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes while providing ongoing encouragement and support.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients, facilitating referrals to specialists when necessary to enhance the therapeutic process.

Our patient population comprises a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families, providing opportunities to engage with clients from various backgrounds and with varying psychological needs. You will be expected to adapt your therapeutic approaches to address a wide array of issues, ensuring that each client feels heard, understood, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, with a focus on delivering effective counseling services.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technologies to conduct virtual therapy sessions effectively.
• A dedicated home office setup equipped with reliable internet, phone, and video conferencing capabilities to facilitate seamless interactions with clients.

Preferred candidates will have demonstrated experience in a remote counseling role, showcasing a track record of successfully managing a virtual caseload. Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and previous work with a diverse clientele will be advantageous in this role.

The Telehealth LPCC position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
