Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own home or any location that suits your professional needs. As part of an outpatient team, you will utilize an advanced telehealth platform designed to facilitate seamless virtual sessions. Our work schedule promotes a healthy work-life balance, with hours set from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual counseling sessions tailored to individual client needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Assess clients' mental health conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor progress throughout the therapeutic process.
  • Facilitate discussions around coping strategies, life transitions, and emotional regulation to empower clients in overcoming challenges.
