What is a counseling aide?

Counseling aides are support professionals who assist counselors and therapists in providing mental health and wellness services. They help with administrative tasks, organize activities, maintain client records, and sometimes facilitate communication between clients and licensed counselors. They often work in schools, clinics, or community organizations, helping both staff and clients with day-to-day needs.
