Join AllOne Health's Virtual Counseling Team

Are you looking for a flexible telehealth opportunity that allows you to focus on providing quality care while we handle the administrative work?

AllOne Health is seeking compassionate and licensed therapists to join our growing virtual counseling network. Through our Continuity of Care (COC) dual program model, clinicians have the opportunity to support clients through both short-term Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counseling and ongoing therapy services, fostering long-term therapeutic relationships when clinically appropriate.

As an independent contractor, you'll enjoy the flexibility to create your own schedule while receiving administrative, credentialing, scheduling, and billing support from an established behavioral health organization.

Virtual Counseling Therapist

1099 Independent Contractor

Compensation

  • EAP Sessions: $50 per completed session
  • Long-Term Counseling Services: 50/50 split model. Therapists receive 50% of collected revenue from insurance-based and private-pay counseling services.

Program Participation

Clinicians are asked to maintain:

  • Approximately 6 or more client service hours per week on the long-term counseling platform
  • A minimum of 2 up to 15 hours per week of availabiliy on the EAP platform

Flexible daytime, evening, and weekend hours are available.

What You'll Do

  • Provide virtual counseling services through secure video and telephonic sessions.
  • Deliver short-term EAP counseling, and ongoing therapy services to individuals and couples through insurance-based and private-pay options.
  • Support clients experiencing a wide range of mental health, relationship, workplace, life transition, and substance use concerns.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and diagnose mental health conditions (long term therapy)
  • Participate in AllOne Health's Continuity of Care (COC) model, allowing eligible EAP clients to transition into ongoing therapy services within the AllOne Health counseling network.
  • Collaborate with the AllOne Health clinical team to ensure quality care and positive client outcomes.
  • Participate in peer consultation and clinical support opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
  • Active clinical licensure in at least one state.
  • Limited-license clinicians in select states may also be considered.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Passion for providing compassionate, client-centered care.
  • Proficient computer skills, including the ability to learn and navigate dual software platforms and Microsoft Office.
  • Reliable internet connection and private workspace suitable for telehealth services.
