• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans that effectively address clients' needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, providing individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms.
• Implement a wide range of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to the specific challenges faced by clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate holistic care that considers all aspects of a client's mental health and well-being.
• Maintain accurate clinical records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying abreast of current research, attending workshops, and enhancing skills in therapeutic methodologies.

The counseling services you provide will support a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds and may present with acute or chronic mental health concerns. You will play a crucial role in helping them navigate their emotional landscapes through tailored therapeutic strategies, thereby enhancing their capacity for resilience and personal growth.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in delivering counseling services, particularly in a clinical setting.
• A solid understanding of ethical guidelines and legal frameworks governing counseling practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to foster rapport and trust with clients from varying cultural backgrounds.
• Proficiency with technology and EMR systems that facilitate virtual counseling.

• A demonstrated capacity for working in collaborative environments with multidisciplinary teams.
• Prior exposure to telehealth platforms and virtual counseling practices is an advantage.
