• Provide confidential therapy sessions via secure video technology to clients facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.
• Guide clients through the exploration of their emotions, empowering them to articulate their feelings and identify the root causes of distress.
• Collaborate with clients to establish personalized therapeutic goals and actionable plans for achieving their mental wellness objectives.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring that your practice is grounded in the latest mental health research and methodologies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client progress, treatment plans, and interventions, adhering to all relevant confidentiality and legal standards.

Your primary focus will be on adult clients who are seeking help for various mental health challenges. Many of our clients may be experiencing significant life transitions, relationship issues, or coping with past trauma. Your ability to foster trust and connection through virtual interactions will be pivotal in helping them navigate their journeys to recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience working with clients in a therapeutic setting is essential, demonstrating proficiency in diverse therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on empathetic listening and effective client engagement.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus and enhances your efficiency in managing client documentation.

• Prior experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling is highly desirable.
• Knowledge and experience in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) will be advantageous.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
