This is a full-time remote position facilitated through telehealth, allowing for a flexible work schedule that includes evenings and weekends as needed. • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate each client’s history with substance abuse and mental health conditions, ensuring comprehensive understanding prior to treatment.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, addressing both addiction and underlying mental health issues.
• Facilitate individual counseling sessions and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
• Collaborate closely with other members of the treatment team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide coordinated and integrated care for clients.
• Educate and involve families in the recovery process, offering them guidance and support to better understand addiction and recovery dynamics.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring that records reflect the ongoing progress and treatment of clients.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Dynamic Restoration, you will work primarily with adults who are struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and each has their unique challenges and strengths. The role requires a strong ability to relate to clients empathetically while providing them with evidence-based strategies to facilitate their recovery and growth.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with preference given to candidates holding a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related disciplines.
• Specialized training in addiction counseling is a significant plus, along with familiarity with evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and related disorders.
• Strong counseling and therapeutic skills, including the ability to effectively motivate clients towards change.
• Demonstrable proficiency in communication and teamwork within a multidisciplinary environment.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience as a mental health counselor, particularly in the field of substance abuse treatment.
• Prior experience working in a telehealth setting is preferred, showcasing adaptability to virtual therapies and client interactions.

The offered salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
