Licensed Professional Counselor LPC Remote Therapy Position in Georgia
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor LPC to provide telehealth counseling for clients across Georgia. This role is centered on direct client care: listening carefully, assessing needs, building treatment plans, leading therapy sessions, and helping clients work through real-life mental health concerns with professional support.
You will provide care through secure video sessions and maintain the clinical documentation needed to support continuity of care. This position is best suited for an LPC who values organized systems, steady client work, and a remote setting that still feels clinically connected.
Location: Georgia
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities
  • Provide remote counseling services to clients using secure telehealth technology
  • Complete initial assessments and gather information needed for treatment planning
  • Support clients working through emotional distress, life changes, family or relationship stress, anxiety, depression, and related concerns
  • Build clear, client-centered treatment plans with practical goals
  • Use appropriate therapeutic interventions within your training and licensure
  • Keep progress notes, assessments, and updates accurate and current
  • Monitor changes in client symptoms, functioning, and risk level
  • Refer or escalate care when clients need services outside the scope of telehealth counseling
  • Uphold professional, ethical, and legal standards for counseling practice in Georgia

Requirements
  • Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor LPC license in Georgia
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
