Fuquay-Varina Health & Rehabilitation Center in Fuquay-Varina, NC is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team.

Now Hiring for the Following Shifts:
- Full-Time Days: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
- Full-Time Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
- Full-Time Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
We are primarily seeking
Full-Time CNAs, but
Part-Time and PRN opportunities are also available.
$5,000 Retention Bonus Available for Eligible Full-Time CNAs!

What You'll Do
- Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident's plan of care.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.
- Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.
- Monitor residents' health status and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.
- Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
- Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
What You Need
- Active, unencumbered North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
