Our client is seeking two AI Engineers / AI Solutions Analysts to design, build, configure, and integrate agentic AI solutions across HR technology. The role blends business systems analysis, AI solution engineering, workflow design, and enterprise integration to deliver production-ready assistants, automations, and workflows leveraging Claude, Claude Code, LLM APIs, Workday, ServiceNow, and related platforms.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $80.00 to $95.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
  • Build AI-powered solutions using Claude, Claude Code, Claude Workbench, enterprise LLM platforms, and AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Develop AI agents to retrieve information, execute actions, navigate workflows, trigger business processes, and escalate exceptions.
  • Configure and integrate AI capabilities within Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, knowledge management, collaboration platforms, and enterprise APIs.
  • Build integrations using APIs, web services, workflow engines, and orchestration tools.
  • Support data mapping and process automation efforts.
  • Gather and document business requirements and translate HR processes into AI-enabled workflows.
  • Create functional specifications, process flows, and user stories, and conduct solution assessment and feasibility analysis.
  • Develop and maintain prompt libraries and optimize outputs for accuracy, consistency, and business value.
  • Implement RAG patterns, knowledge retrieval solutions, and test and refine agent behavior with human-in-the-loop approaches.
  • Execute testing strategies, ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards, monitor model performance and adoption metrics, and participate in responsible AI reviews.

Experience Requirements:
  • 4+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, Solutions Engineer, AI Engineer, or Automation Engineer.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and HR technology ecosystems.
  • Experience working with APIs and integrations.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies and prompt engineering.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow automation.
  • Preferred: hands-on with Claude, Claude Code, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, LangChain, and agentic AI frameworks.
  • Preferred: experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, AI orchestration, and workflow automation tooling.
  • Preferred: knowledge of HR processes including Recruiting, Employee Services, Learning, Talent Management, and Workforce Operations.
