SUMMARY OF POSITION
Agents will make outbound calls and deliver simple live messaging to customers regarding an upcoming VIP event. This campaign has a low skill barrier and is designed for quick onboarding and training.
Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
  • Place outbound calls using company-provided systems
  • Deliver event-related messaging clearly and professionally
  • Accurately document call outcomes
  • Maintain attendance and productivity expectations
  • Follow all company policies and procedures

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to follow scripts and instructions
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Previous call center experience is a plus, but not required

Training
  • Paid training provided
  • Fast-paced onboarding process
  • No prior call center experience necessary

Schedule
  • Temporary assignment supporting a VIP event campaign
  • Campaign launch targeted for mid-June
  • Various shifts may be available
