Job Duties

  • Help create a professional, upscale, welcoming environment for guests from all walks of life.
  • Greet and escort customers, and provide personal service to our VIP guests and bottle service guests.
  • Manage private rooms and VIP tables.
  • Manage payments and beginning/end times for private rooms.
  • Establish relationships with guests and make each one feel valued.
  • Manage social media posts, hospitality and taxi program
  • Arrange transportation for groups and VIP guests, book parties and VIP events.
  • Promote club special events to customers.
  • Provide professional security presence for customers and club personnel.
  • May be responsible for verifying guests age / identification upon entry in to the club, in addition to maintaining a secure, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere.
  • This person must be able and willing to intervene in any altercations while maintaining a calm demeanor, with the ability to defuse problematic situations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Previous experience providing security or hosting services a plus!
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends.
