Job description

Responsible for performing quality VIP guest transactions and service. Assisting hosts with their events, comp issuing, and various other assignments.

Essential Job Functions:

• Exemplary guest service;

• Great interpersonal skills;

• Issue complimentary services consistent with company guidelines;

• Update a guest’s account with current information as necessary;

• Participate in telemarketing and direct mail campaigns targeting guest for VIP event invitations;

• Utilizes Konami, Maestro and HMS player tracking database for tracking events;

• Represent Casino at special events, both in-house and out;

• Strong computer skills; including but not limited to Excel and Word;

• Assist hosts in issuing comps; organizing events, and general administrative duties;

• Other reasonable duties as assigned.
