Position Overview:
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking cooks with a passion for great food, teamwork, and high standards. Whether prepping ingredients or cooking on the line, you’ll help create excellent dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

Line Cook Duties:

• Prepare and cook menu items to recipe specifications and quality standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station

• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and handling protocols are followed

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams

Prep Cook Duties:

• Prep and portion food according to daily production needs

• Wash, chop, and organize ingredients efficiently

• Assist in kitchen setup, breakdown, and deep cleaning

• Follow recipes, prep lists, and guidelines accurately

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook (minimum 1 year preferred)

• Must have a personal knife kit

• Strong knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and food safety practices

• Ability to work quickly, accurately, and cleanly under pressure

• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
