North Star Sheets, an affiliate of Schwarz Partners, a corrugated manufacturing industry leader, currently has exciting opportunities available for a Production Associate on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift in Cottage Grove, MN!
Pay Rate:
$20.50 per hour, plus shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift
2nd shift differential: $1.00 per hour
3rd shift differential: $1.50 per hour
Shift Times:
1st Shift: 7:45am-4:15pm, Monday-Friday
2nd Shift: 3:45pm-12:15am, Monday-Friday
3rd Shift: 11:45pm-8:15am, Monday-Saturday Morning
Physical Location:
7550 91st St. South
Cottage Grove, MN 55016
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for operating various machines, computer input and assisting in the control room, and general help (lifting up to 50lbs) around the facility.

  • 2 years of manufacturing experience, corrugated experience is preferred
  • Ability to read a tape measure is required
  • Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays dependent on customer demand
  • Ability to train on various shifts during first 90 days
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, challenging, and results drive environment
  • Ability to function as mature, professional individual, who interacts positively with teammates
  • Ability to attend weekly team meetings on Tuesdays, 30 minutes before your shift starts
  • An energetic, motivated, and dependable worker who is dedicated to the job and team
  • The willingness to function effectively in a team environment and tackle any tasks required for the success of the team
