We are seeking a Creative Video Producer to join an in-house creative team in a contract capacity, supporting human-centered storytelling for corporate communications. This role is ideal for a collaborative creative professional who can shape concepts, guide production, and help bring meaningful stories to life from brief to final video.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with creative, content, and business strategy teams to understand communications goals, audiences, and key messages.
  • Develop compelling video concepts that align with business needs and storytelling objectives.
  • Present creative ideas, incorporate feedback, and refine concepts in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Work with design partners to support visual identity and graphics direction for video series.
  • Help develop interview questions and prepare shot lists for production.
  • Lead or co-lead video production from planning through final delivery.
  • Build production schedules and coordinate logistics such as locations, crews, and shoot details.
  • Direct crew on set, conduct interviews, and create a comfortable environment for on-camera participants.
  • Provide clear creative guidance to editors on story structure, pacing, visuals, music, and tone.
  • Collaborate with designers and project managers to support reviews, approvals, and timelines.
Skills
  • Experience producing and directing video content in corporate communications, editorial, documentary, or similar environments.
