Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented marketing professional to join the Corporate Marketing Team. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can support the execution of a wide range of marketing initiatives. This position will play a key role in keeping digital campaigns organized, content published and performance tracked - while ensuring projects are delivered on time, with strong attention to detail and a clear connection to performance outcomes. This role also supports traditional marketing efforts that help create a cohesive brand experience across all channels.
What You'll Do
  • Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives across email, websites and social channels
  • Contribute to email marketing and marketing automation efforts, including newsletters, forms, landing pages and basic nurture workflows
  • Review incoming project requests in the project management system for completeness and accuracy; help coordinate timelines and scheduling expectations.
  • Assist in development and oversee the scheduling and publishing of engaging social media content
  • Assist with website and digital content updates, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment and SEO/GEO/AEO best practices
  • Help track and compile performance reports across email, web and digital initiatives
  • Assist with maintaining accurate information across digital platforms and online listings, including Google Business Profiles and third-party directories
  • Stay informed on digital sales and marketing trends, tools and best practices and contribute ideas to improve engagement and effectiveness
  • Gather and organize marketing assets, including photos, videos, graphics, etc.
  • Assist with video editing and content preparation as needed
  • Support overall Marketing Team operations with ordering, vendor coordination, invoicing and other day-to-day operational tasks

Education & Experience
