Responsibilities
- Monitor live and recorded video feeds for quality and compliance.
- Report any suspicious or non-compliant activities observed in video footage.
- Maintain accurate logs of monitoring activities and incidents.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding video observations.
- Assist with routine maintenance and troubleshooting of video monitoring equipment.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of video data according to company policies.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in video monitoring.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
