About the Job

The Vice President of Product is responsible for defining the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of CareATC's digital product portfolio. This includes the patient experience across our patient portal, mobile applications, telemedicine platform, provider-facing clinical tools, and the population health technology that powers our relationship-based care model.

In this role, you'll translate business strategy, clinical excellence, and customer needs into scalable technology solutions that improve patient outcomes, strengthen employer partnerships, and support operational growth across CareATC's expanding national footprint.

You'll lead a talented Product team while collaborating across Engineering, Clinical Operations, Compliance, Client Success, Sales, and Executive Leadership to deliver innovative products that create meaningful value for patients, providers, employers, and the business.

This is a remote position requiring approximately 25% travel.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for CareATC's digital product ecosystem.

  • Lead the strategy, prioritization, and lifecycle management of patient-facing, provider-facing, and population health technology products.

  • Balance business objectives, clinical priorities, customer needs, platform investments, and technical debt to maximize long-term value.

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Product Management team while establishing best practices for product discovery, experimentation, launch, and continuous improvement.

  • Partner closely with Engineering to successfully deliver product releases and technology initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Clinical leadership to ensure products reflect evidence-based care models and support efficient clinical workflows.

  • Partner with Client Success, Sales, and Marketing to understand employer needs, support RFP responses, client presentations, and strengthen product positioning.

  • Work alongside Compliance, Security, and Clinical teams to ensure products meet HIPAA, accreditation, privacy, and healthcare regulatory requirements.

  • Define and monitor key product performance metrics, including member engagement, clinic utilization, Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), employer retention, and cost-of-care impact.

  • Present product strategy, roadmap progress, and performance metrics to executive leadership.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.

  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

  • Eight or more years of progressive Product Management experience, including at least three years in a senior leadership, Head of Product, or Vice President role.

  • Proven experience in healthcare, digital health, and employer-sponsored healthcare.

  • Demonstrated success building and scaling consumer-facing and/or B2B technology products.

  • Experience partnering with physicians, nurses, and clinical stakeholders to translate care models into innovative product solutions.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare data, interoperability, HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare regulatory requirements.

  • Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, build alignment, and drive strategic initiatives across multiple business functions.

  • Passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare delivery, patient experience, and business outcomes.
